NowCast Marketing is part of an organization Dupli with over 40 years of experience in the media industry.

Julie Matt, Principal
Julie Matt is the Principal of NowCast Markteting; a relationship marketing strategies and technologies company that helps marketers to increase their ROI and achieve more customer centricity. She is focused on NowCast's long term growth and providing clients with outstanding relationship marketing strategies and technologies. Previously, she generated revenue and media knowledge for organizations including Plum TV Network, Condé Nast, Disney Publishing, and PhoneFree.com. Awards and achievements include Sales Person of the Year and Turn Around Award while at Condé Nast. Julie is a graduate of Wittenberg University.

Stephen Elliott, Vice President, Director of Technology
As Vice President, Director of Technology Stephen Elliott is responsible for all NowCast Technology. Stephen joined Dupli, NowCast's parent company in 2004 as Director of IT. Since joining Dupli, Stephen has lead the launch of a new internal operating system that is completely web based and 100% integrated with our order entry platform. Stephen is a native of New England and a graduate of New York University.

Peter Hujar, Vice President, Director of Finance 
Peter Hujar is Vice President, Director of Finance for NowCast. Peter is responsible for all financial operations at NowCast in conjunction with his current role as head of finance for Dupli, NowCast's parent company. Peter joined Dupli in 1995. Peter is a graduate of Lemoyne College.

us to stay in front of the issues facing marketers today and maintain the relevance of our products 
and services.

J. Kemper Matt Jr., President, Dupli
Kemper joined Dupli in 1999 and has helped to lead the transformation of the company into an industry leading on demand printer. Today, Dupli ships over 1400 orders per day, 90% of which are received via DupliOnline, a proprietary online ordering platform. Dupli's core strengths are envelopes, corporate stationery and short run marketing collateral.   

Prior to Dupli, Kemper spent 5 years with Grey Advertising in New York as an Account Supervisor on the GlaxoSmithKline Account. Over the years Kemper has served as a board member for the American Red Cross of Syracuse and the Everson Museum of Art. He currently serves on the board of the Printing Industry Alliance.   Kemper is a graduate of Colgate University.       

Roger Chiocchi, Principal, BrandLoft                                                                                                 Prior to BrandLoft Roger built his career at Young & Rubicam where he managed the advertising campaigns for some of America's best-known brands, including Jell-O,Birdseye, TWA, ATT, Bell Atlantic and Sears ("Softer Side of Sears" campaign considered one of the most successful retail branding campaigns in history). He went on to become president of Y&R subsidiary The Lord Group, where he was responsible for the NYNEX/Bell Atlantic/Verizon account as well as The Sports Authority, HIP Health Plans, and Cayman Islands Tourism, among others.

Matt Rayner, Global Client Services Director and Founding Partner Apperlative!                                 Matt graduated with Honors in Physics from Imperial College, London in 1991. He has broad experience in all aspects of the media industry starting in London on the Nestle account. He was then recruited to Dentsu Y+R China to run Guangzhou and act as client liaison to Colgate-Palmolive. Next is Dentsu Y+R Beijing, where he led the Nescafe business and introduced Nescafe-branded coffee shops. From there, he went to Dentsu Y+R Hong Kong to lead the Revlon account across Asia-Pacific, and then to Y+R New York to head up Revlon globally. After Y+R's Media Department was spun off as Mediaedge:cia, Matt added responsibilities for several global accounts including Citibank and Computer Associates.

In 2003, Matt became Global Media Director for brand marketing of Samsung Electronics' in-house agency CHEIL Communications. Returning to WPP in 2007, he lead the team that integrated the new Macy's account into Mediaedge:cia in just 40 days.

As part of the pitch team for Dell, Matt transfered to Mediacom to head up the transition of the entire global media account. Team Dell developed global media strategy, planning, e-commerce analytics/optimization and buying across 44 countries for all Dell divisions (both B2B and B2C). In early 2010, Matt co-founded Apperlative, a developer of high quality apps for the iPad, iPhone and Android environments.

Tanya Davies, Mobile Media Expert, Advertising Director, JumpTap                                                     Tanya has over 15 years of advertising sales experience, selling to companies such as Sony, P&G, Microsoft, Mazda, Toyota, and more. The result of Tanya's strategic partnership selling skills is a track record that continuously outperforms her competitors. Tanya and her west coast sales team are leading the world of mobile media into next generation experiences and solutions. JumpTap is a network of mobile websites and applications that combine best-in-class content and services together with highly relevant advertising to create an experience that appeals to the mobile consumer. Tanya is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall in Lancaster, PA and lives with her husband in Los Angeles.
